Lemons could not grow in a more suitable landscape than ours! The sun and the sea-breezes of the Cinque Terre create an ideal environment for these fruit trees. When picked, the lemons put out an
incredibly intense scent. The lemon rind is completely cleaned of the fruit pulp and is liquefied over a period of twenty to thirty days. The final result is a fine nectar, which should be served chilled in summer and at room temperature in winter. It has digestive qualities, is sweet and truly exquisite.
